Kids for Paws: Young Voices for Dogs is a hands-on afternoon designed to help children learn more about dogs, the organizations working to support them and the many ways young people can make a difference.
Through age-appropriate activities, children will explore safe and responsible interactions with dogs, learn why dogs sometimes enter shelters and rescues, and discover how their individual voices and actions can contribute to better outcomes.
The afternoon will include a hands-on service project, a young voices activity and practical ways kids can continue helping after the event.
3:45 p.m. — Check-in begins
4:00 p.m. — Welcome and dog-safety activity
Tickets
Kids for Paw
Includes participation in the full Kids for Paws program, all activity materials, a snack and a Kids for Paws certificate. Recommended for children ages 6–12. A parent or legal guardian must remain onsite throughout the event. Adult admission is complimentary for the children’s program. All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.
